Pleasant and lovely quiet hotel with patient staff from receptionist to the house keepers. The property's location was decent, on the slopes of Sintra mountains. Moreover, it was so close to Sintra, Cascais and Estoril, a local restaurant and beaches, shopping, UNESCO Sintra, and easy freeway access.

The rooms are a nice size and silent and generally offer an iron and a safe. It has peaceful location very close to the historic center of Sintra, in a good area.

I had reasonably priced room with a nice terrace too. Quiet location in a beautiful area excellent for rest made it easy to get to key attractions.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was spotlessly clean with very attentive and thoughtful staff from receptionist to the house keepers. The room was huge, the location was perfect. The property was a good base for enjoying a good quiet area.

Very good stay, as always. Pleasant and comfortable hotel in an excellent position to a business park. Hot and varied breakfast with fresh juices, lactose free options and the scrambled eggs for every taste. The thoughtful and excellent staff all round.

The bed was not comfortable.

The hotel met requests, loved my real good stay, will be back. Everything was absolutely fine and the view was astonishing. The breakfast was good hot and rich, there was a great selection of food to chose from. The room was very cool, comfortable bed. The staff was professional and great to deal with.

Very good sized units with a private balcony, and the staff were top-class. The breakfast was varied, the check in was fast.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Appreciated Sintra, the hotel was quiet in the hot food area. It had a particularly good and absolutely perfect location close to the Netherlands as well as the mountains surrounding Sintra. Also, Penedo de Adrenunes was 3 km away.

There was no shop.

The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, which included a well-equipped kitchenette. The pool and spa area were well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions with a rental car. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The first room they provided us was not very clean, however, they upgraded us very easily and we stayed 3 nights in a suite. The hotel is good, not exceptional but good. We could go back if to visit Sintra again.

Both interior and exterior swimming pools were small. The interior one is not heated as they say.

Very polite personal in all zones of the hotel, also in the pos service! Very relaxing zone, good to run arround in the morning, also good for people who likes to play golf. The swimming pool has spa incorporated, which is very nice. If I could describe this hotel in one word, I would say: Relax

We had a very good sized room. The staff were very friendly. It was based in very nice clean building in a perfect and decent location, on the dinning area🙂
